The Court offers training on Electronic Case Filing.  

All classes will be held in the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007, Room 290 (Second Floor).

All in person classes will be held the Third Thursday of every month (excluding Court holidays and Court closures) and each class will be approximately one hour long.

Please review the ECF online learning and ECF Training Documents, located on the right side of this page for guidance on how to process specific events.  These documents consist of videos and manuals.

If you are representing yourself and are requesting permission to file electronically using the CM/ECF system, please indicate on your Motion for Permission for Electronic Case Filing that you completed the Court’s in person CM/ECF introduction course.
