From Westchester & Putnam:

By Metro-North Train - to Grand Central Terminal:

At the Grand Central Terminal transfer to a #4, 5 or 6 SUBWAY downtown to BROOKLYN BRIDGE/CITY HALL STATION. Exit at the rear of the platform, towards the last car of the subway train. When you come up above ground you will be standing in Foley Square. Pearl Street will be across the square. The courthouse is located 1/2 block down Pearl Street in a new high-rise building. However, for security purposes, you must use the WORTH STREET entrance. Worth Street is at the top, or north end, of Foley Square, on the left side of the two large courthouses. Go right on Worth Street for 1 block to the courthouse. Allow 20 minutes for the subway from Grand Central. Or you can take the M103 BUS downtown from Grand Central. Catch the M103 bus on Lexington Avenue, just outside the side door to Grand Central, look for the M103 sign on a pole. Just past Chinatown, the bus will stop at the corner of WORTH STREET & PARK ROW. The courthouse is 1/2 block down Worth Street. Allow 35 minutes for the bus from Grand Central. Going home catch the M103 bus uptown, at the corner of Pearl Street & Park Row, behind the courthouse. The bus will stop at THIRD AVENUE & 42nd ST., two blocks east of Grand Central.

By Car - FDR Drive South to Exit 2, Manhattan Civic Center:

Take exit 2 and proceed to the traffic light. Then go left on PEARL STREET, and under the Brooklyn Bridge. Go 2 blocks to the large outdoor parking lot on your left, at the corner of PEARL STREET & PECK SLIP (costs up to $25 cash). Walk back to the courthouse at 500 Pearl Street, in the direction you just traveled (back under the Brooklyn Bridge). Be advised, Pearl Street takes a 90 degree left turn in front of the C-Town supermarket. Or park in any other garage in Manhattan. Westchester, Rockland & Putnam jurors only, if you collect toll and parking receipts you will be reimbursed by check.

From Rockland:

By Metro-North Train from Westchester:

Drive across the Tappan Zee Bridge to a Metro North Station in Westchester at Tarrytown, Phillipse Manor, Irvington or Ardsley. Take a Metro-North train to Grand Central and follow the directions above.
By Metro-North Train from Spring Valley, Nanuet, Pearl River, Sloatsburg or Suffern to HOBOKEN TERMINAL: Take a Metro-North train to Hoboken Terminal. At Hoboken, you have 2 choices: Take a NY WATERWAY FERRY to lower Manhattan, and walk to the courthouse OR Transfer to a PATH TRAIN to the 9th Street PATH station where you can transfer to an A or C Subway, downtown, to Chambers Street station. Walk north (with the traffic) on Church Street, then go right on Worth Street to the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse.

By Bus to Port Authority Terminal:

Then take the 1 or 2 SUBWAY downtown to CHAMBERS STREET. Walk north on CHURCH STREET (with traffic) to WORTH STREET. Make a right on Worth Street to the U.S. Courthouse. Or take the M6 BUS downtown from the corner of 42nd Street & Broadway to the corner of BROADWAY & WORTH STREET. Go left (east) on Worth Street for 2 blocks to the Worth Street entrance of the U.S. Courthouse. Catch the bus back to Port Authority at the corner of WORTH & CHURCH STREET, 1 block west of Broadway.

By Car - George Washington Bridge to Harlem River Drive South:

The Harlem River Drive becomes the FDR DRIVE at 125th Street. Follow directions by car listed above.

Hours

The courthouse is open between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Clerk’s Office opens for business at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m.  Court Security Officers will open the courthouse doors at 8:00 a.m. and close these doors at 5:00 p.m.  Please allow extra time to pass through the security screening. Cell phones, tape recorders and cameras are prohibited inside the courthouse.
